21st Century Conestoga Wagon
From Evernote: 21st Century Conestoga Wagon I put together an open house project that is based on Kevin Honeycutt’s Art Snack Lesson and vidoe on building a conestoga wagon. I also bought a few bags of items for the students to add to their wagons from RAFT. We’ll see how they turn out :) My example for the students combines wheels with walker robotic legs and also adds...

Having the students capture their blog content in Wordle or Tagxedo and printing the results for open house this year.
Blogging and Grading
From Evernote: Blogging and Grading I don’t think about using blogging rubrics for two reasons. First I don’t really differentiate students written work from blogging if and when I grade it. Assignments which require a blog article tend to have a required set of expectations. As a consequence the writing tends to be similar and does not represent what I want my...
